The best way to detox is to drink lots water; however you don’t have to drink it plain! 🙂 Instead try a refreshing blend of cucumber or lemon water. Add the desired amount to a pitcher of water and let it soak overnight in your fridge to let the flavors blend. Not only is it a refreshing drink but adding lemon and/or cucumber to your water has several health benefits:
