Ms. Nic is definitely a fitness guru if you can’t already tell by her flawless skin and rock hard abs.  Yesterday, she shared on Instagram that she loves cucumber and lemon water because it’s refreshing and it cleanses.

The best way to detox is to drink lots water; however you don’t have to drink it plain! 🙂  Instead try a refreshing blend of cucumber or lemon water. Add the desired amount to a pitcher of water and let it soak overnight in your fridge to let the flavors blend. Not only is it a refreshing drink but adding lemon and/or cucumber to your water has several health benefits:

    To give it an even better taste, add six fresh mint leaves and a couple slices of fresh ginger root! I have been doing this water trick for years
